·        Identifying emerging and re-emerging diseases in the region and country

·        Prioritizing infectious diseases in the region and country

·        Assessing knowledge, attitudes, and practices of the population in dealing with infectious and tropical diseases

·        Identifying risk factors and the relationship of diseases with various environmental factors

·        Determining effective treatment methods and finding the most suitable treatment methods for infectious and tropical diseases
